Install EV chargers in your condominiums
Installing one or more chargers in the common areas of a condominium, and sharing them among residents, optimizes installation costs and parking space usage. These chargers can be installed in collective garages or underground parking, with a management system regulating access for each EV based on schedules and user needs.
The EV charging solution for shared spaces
For many EV drivers looking for an apartment, having a charger available in the building plays a decisive role in their purchase decision. In condominiums as in property developments, integrating EV charging solutions will help your property stand out. Offer your neighbours a very fast shared charging experience. With per-user authorization features and automated billing, you can easily offer a charging point to generate revenue.
Management and payment via our app
For this shared charger system to work smoothly, a precise management framework is important. That's why we created an app to manage online reservations. Users see real-time charger availability (free or occupied). Payments can be facilitated using prepaid cards or consumption-based billing systems.
